It basically just consists of a white tank top and rolled up shredded skinny jeans, but look what else Hilary Duff partnered with it: 200-dollar Joie wingtip flats, the 2,000-dollar Givenchy Nightingale handbag and of course, her blingin’ $1 million engagement ring.

I know Hilary Duff loves her designer brands but this is ridiculous! But we get it, you can easily dress up a dressed down outfit as long as you have some really, really expensive accessories.
