This denim dress IS from Herve Leger so it holds all the promises of uninterrupted lines, bulge-less curves and insta-sexiness. But legendary attributes of Herve Leger dresses aside, do you think you would be attracted to this dress let alone pay $2,800 for it?

Even with the Herve Leger label, it’s hard to justify that steep price especially when there are other more gorgeous Herve Leger dresses to save up for, purchase and be had. It’s also difficult to find this dress pretty, even when you view it up close:

Herve Leger dresses are usually better appreciated in close up but all I see here are strips of mismatched fabric interspersed with, of all things, frayed denim. But in fairness to this dress, it’s wasn’t the worst disaster as there were other more confusing denim designs sent down the Herve Leger Spring 2010 RTW runway:
