Cam D. had lunch with her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez at that restaurant but she left the place and had to wait for her car alone.

Are these two still doing the typical “leave through different exits” tactic that celebrities do or did their schedules dictate that they needed to leave the restaurant separately? Anyway, Cameron looks amazing in this lunch-with-the-boyfriend outfit, from her head down to her manicured toes.

I’m absolutely loving all the neutrals and blush tones that Cameron Diaz is wearing in this outfit. I can’t wait to see more combinations of these colors this spring and summer! Cameron Diaz did a great mixing and matching job with her khaki blazer, chocolate brown shoulder bag and light tan cuffed sandals, but she couldn’t resist sprucing things up with those great-fitting jeans in a gorgeous pale pink color.
