This pair is also from the same brand as the last pair we featured but trust us, this wasn’t intended nor do we prefer certain brands. We just can’t help it if they keep making blog post-worthy shoes in denim!

So, in the spotlight today are these Novato Peep Toe Slingbacks which are also from Sam Edelman, just like the studded Lorissa pumps. And also just like the Lorissas, these Novatos are another sure spring/summer hit for Sam Edelman!

These Novatos are actually one of Sam Edelman’s classic shoe styles that they make in the usual leather or suede materials and in the usual black, red and nude colors. I honestly wouldn’t have given these a second look if I only saw the original styles. But because Sam Edelman gave these Novato a warm-weather makeover – changed out the leather for denim, covered the platform with espadrille and slapped on a stacked heel – I feel like it’s a totally new and different shoe. I just HAD to stop and blog about these beauties today!

The Sam Edeleman Novato Peep Toe Slingbacks have a 5″ heel but the 1 1/2″ platform helps balance that out. They’re also lightly cushioned inside with a fun leopard print insole so that also enhances the comfort level.
