I know that we just featured Vanessa Hudgens last week, but I can’t help writing about her this soon because of these jeans she wore to watch a Lakers game with Josh Hutcherson last Sunday:

These jeans look remarkably like the Current/Elliott The Bell Jeans Vanessa was wearing in our last blog post on her. These have got the same whiskered pattern on the thighs, the same flare leg and even the same ripped out frayed bottom hem.

They’re not the same pair of jeans though. When you compare these pictures and the pictures from last week, you’ll notice that these new ones have a lighter and bluer wash. These also have a pocket shadow detail in the back which are the distinguishing feature of these jeans from the Current/Elliotts. You can actually see a little bit of it in the first and middle pictures above.

Vanessa Hudgens’s jeans are these Textile Elizabeth and James Jimi Flare Jeans in Glory Days. A lot of other websites have actually wrongly identified these jeans as Vanessa’s Current/Elliotts. But now that you know that the pocket shadow detail is there, you won’t be mistaking these Textile Elizabeth and James jeans for another brand. Just another perk of being a Your Next Jeans reader.
